Set Audio Hardware Default Output to CABLE Input (VB Audio Virtual Cable) Here are the steps to get it to work once you've downloaded and installed all the software: What is working well for me involves the following software: Newtek NDI plugin (to output the playback from Premiere), Voice Meeter Potato (a virtual mixer to combine audio sources into one output), a couple of virtual audio cables from VB audio as well (1 is free, if you want more it's $5 which I am using), and Zoom (if that will fly for security for you). Hopefully I can save some other folks some time of watching lots of tutorials and cobbling this together.
